He took immediate interest in my family and children, three of which have developmental delays. I also learned we had a common career path, with my duty as a Command Chief and his experience as an Air Force Squadron Commander. In these positions, taking care of people is job #1, and Rick was no doubt outstanding in that capacity. The problems were largely of their own making, but Rick was right there to ensure that the county did everything possible to help them through the process. What was especially noteworthy was his level of caring. These folks were not politically powerful or "connected" in any way. They were just citizens of Greene County--Rick saw this as his duty to them. Very impressive!Steve WeiserBroker, RE/MAX Alliance

Seven years ago Rick showed up at Dayton Children's Hospital because he heard our daughter, who was eleven at the time, had been diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes and had just come out of the ICU.
